MGISEQ-200 is a compact and flexible desktop gene sequencer that provides different hardware configuration options to adapt to different application scenarios and diversified budget requirements. MGISEQ-200 provides different specifications of slides and supporting reagent sets to meet application requirements with data output in the range of 10 Gb~150 Gb, including low-depth whole genome sequencing, targeted capture/multiple sequencing, small genome sequencing, RNA sequencing, whole exome sequencing, etc.
